Responding, Rev. Dr. Amos Mohzo appreciated the association for considering him for such an award and added that he is indeed humbled and will continue to discharge his responsibilities in accordance to the guidance and leadership of the Holy Spirit.

He explained that COCIN is positioned to present the undiluted message of Christ’s salvation to anyone who believes and accepts Him, regardless or religion, race or gender that is why COCIN is spread across most states of Nigeria and has its presence in other countries around the world.

Rev. Dr. Mohzo noted that COCIN presents the wholistic gospel hence it is concerned with the physical and spiritual wellbeing of the people which is why it has set up schools, churches and hospitals to cater for those needs. He called on the team of journalists to ensure that they present the truth to the masses as the words coming from the government do not usually reflect the realities on ground. He charged them to be agents of development and positive change so that together they will develop the nation.
