
The Plateau State Government has received fresh Covid-19 relief from Victim Support Fund (VSF).
The items received by the State Governor on Sunday in Jos include, rice, beans, maize, salt, and cooking oil.
Also in the package were non surgical masks, latex hands gloves, hand sanitizer, surgical goggles, boots and related personal protective equipment.

The items are to be shared between government and civil societies on a 50:50 ratio, said Chairperson of Victim Support Fund Task Force on COVID-19 Mrs. Toyosi Akerele Ogunsuji.
“This will go a long way to cushion the effect of the looting that took place in the State last month,” said Minister of Women Affairs Paullen Tallen.
Governor Simon Lalong appreciated the donation assuring of equitable distribution to target beneficiaries.
