Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has obtained approval from the House of Assembly for an additional 5 Aides, making a total of 20 aides as requested.
The House gave the approval during Thursday plenary presided over by the Speaker, Abok Ayuba at the Assembly complex in Jos, Plateau State capital.
Abok read the governor’s request and the house deputy majority leader, Wallok Goma moved a motion for the approval while member representing Langtang South Constituency, Sochang Zingtim seconded the motion and the house unanimously approved the request.
The additional 5 Aides to the 15 that was approved yesterday are to assist the governor to realize his desire to deliver good governance to the citizens of the state.
It could be recalled that the House had on Wednesday approved the request of the governor to appoint 15 Aides and this 5 has raised the number of aides approved for the governor to 20.
