Shalom Multipurpose Cooperative Society owned by staff of the Church of Christ in Nations, COCIN has commissioned and dedicated its table water factory which produces safe and affordable bottled and sachet water at the COCIN ICT new Complex in Jos the Plateau State capital.
Commending the leadership of the Cooperative for a job well done, President of COCIN, Rev. Dr. Amos Mohzo praised them for the vision and foresight of thinking in the business direction of meeting the water needs of the people.
He said the vision should be managed and nurtured with integrity so that the future generation will equally benefit from the project.

“You have done well and we are proud of your selfless service to the Cooperative which we pray will continue to grow stronger. Shalom Multipurpose Cooperative Society as led by Mr. Philip Zerah has stand out as different from the others I have known in the past which only embezzled the contributions of its members. You should keep up the good work as none of you will claim ownership of this project because it belongs to all of us.” Rev. Dr. Mohzo said.
While commissioning and dedicating the facility, he called on members to continue supporting the leadership of the Cooperative so that they will continue to expand to new frontiers.

Responding, President of COCIN Shalom Multipurpose Cooperative Society who is the COCIN Director of Finance, Mr. Philip Zerah thanked the COCIN Management for the approval given to staff to commence the Cooperative and for the years of support which is the source of their motivation.
He specifically thanked the former Director of Finance, Mr. Yakubu Dutse for forwarding the proposal to the Management and assured that as they dedicate the bottle and sachet water production line, the Cooperative will continue to wax stronger with the support of members.
The COCIN Management made up of the President, Rev. Dr. Amos Mohzo, Vice President, Rev. Assoc. Prof. Benjamin Pokol, General Secretary, Rev. Dinfa Mamshal and the Deputy General Secretary, Rev. Dr. Sylvester Dachomo were flanked by other Directors, COCIN Treasurer, Elder Bako Kashang Taupyen and staff of the COCIN Headquarters. The team was given a tour around the facility and later dedicated a Hijet car for the factory.
Shalom Table Water is fully registered with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC and licensed for production.
